I bought Red Dragon Lily plants last year. (Like Easter lillies but dark red.) A week after the blooms died, I cut them down, and covered them with straw.They started coming up a week ago with 4 times the plants. They are 4 to 5 inches tall at most. I am in central NC and we are expecting mid 30%26#039;s tonight and 20%26#039;s tomorrow. It is almost dark. Should I cover them? I so want to see them bloom! Thanks!

even a garbage bag. I%26#039;m in KY and we%26#039;re expecting lows
near freezing tonight, they%26#039;re saying to cover them up.
