Verizon LG EnV (VX9900) questions about service and problems with phone?

I have two questions about my phone, the LG EnV (VX9900):

1. The first question is about a problem I have with my phone. My phone seems to randomly cut off and certain times, but NOT ALWAYS OFTEN, it only happens once in a while, but it continuously does it when this happens. [Such as near my Verizon case for it [made for the phone] and when I had the video feature in zoom as far as it would go - it would record for a second or two and turn off. Is this worth going to the Verizon store for? What is happening? [I have a 1 year warranty].

2. This question is about the service of the phone - I see they have the new Orange EnV out. Do you think they would let me trade in my silver EnV for the Orange for either free or a little amount of money? Please give me details. Thank you. [Again, I have a 1 year warranty.]

Thank you,

Lily

OK, to answer #1, my enV does that as well but its not very often, probably like once a week and its not worth it for me to trade it out because I have so many ringtones, games, etc on the phone. Take it to the store and get the technicians to look at it. It does not cost you anything for them to look at it and fix whatever may be wrong. If it is something they cannot fix, they can trade it out for another enV if they do indeed see that something is wrong.

#2- No, they will not. It%26#039;s against policy. You have to get the same phone as you originally had, no matter what kind of warranty you have. I know it doesnt seem to make a lot of sense, but it has something to do with inventory of phones.

Good luck!

Reply:To answer the first one, I would recommend you going to the Verizon store and have them fix it for under $25 or so. For the second, They do charge you a minimal amount to trade unless your eligible for an uprgrade. Hope I helped. And, your welcome.
